Install the app, then request verification

Verification is required before member access is granted. Every application is manually reviewed to help maintain a secure and trusted platform. Start by installing Client ETA, then submit your verification request for approval.

Install the app before you register

On iPhone and iPad, the installed app keeps its own separate sign-in. If you register in the browser first and install afterwards, the app will not recognise you and you will need a recovery link from support. Install first, then register from inside the app.

Install from your browser menu

Open your browser's menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen — in Firefox it is Install, in most other browsers Add to Home screen. Open Client ETA from your home screen and register there.

Android

Open the browser menu in Chrome.
Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Open Client ETA from your home screen, then register there.

iPhone & iPad

Open clienteta.app in Safari and tap the Share button (bottom on iPhone, top on iPad).
Scroll down the share list and choose Add to Home Screen.
Open Client ETA from your home screen, then register there.

Approval Process

Your application will be securely linked to this device. Once approved, you'll automatically gain access to your member account on this device.

Please ensure the phone number entered matches the one displayed on your advert.

This sets the secure browser cookie before your application is submitted. Clearing browser data later may require an admin reset.
